9 weeks ago this thurs I was stopped by the police as I was caught using a mobile phone whilst driving a car transporter... I was pulled over and given a proper telling off and was told that I would be prosecuted by the court in due course... I was given no paperwork when stopped and not asked to produce at tha police station... since then I have heard nothing, had no letter from the court or the police and have this hanging over my head... can I still be prosecuted or do I have to wait longer before I may hear something?. thanku
