what does he want from me ?
my x boyfriend and I were together for 7 years - I found out 6 months ago that he was cheating on me - he left me and went to live with the other woman - I was moving on really well and beginning to enjoy my single life.
in the last week or so he has been contacting me and got very upset and said he wanted me back and regrets hurting me, he also told me that he has got the other girl pregnant. He says that she has been seeing her ex partner alot(they both were in long term relationships and split them to be together) and if they weren't together and pregnant that they would both return to their exes.

does he really want me back because he realises his mistakes or is it just the fact that it isn't working in the new relatioship and he has no one to turn to about the pregnancy ?

    I wish

Why did you even pick up the phone? Do you really want this cheater back in your life?

You were moving on really well already. Why are you walking backwards now?

"If we were not together, we would go back to our exes"??

    How cocky is this guy?

And most importantly, why would you even consider getting back with him?

He has second thoughts because of the baby. And the "Utopia" didn't quite work out the way that they had planned.

Why be on the "back burner", his "ace in the hole", "Old faithful"?

The world is full of guys that know how to treat women. Go find one.

    Good luck to you.

I wouldn't ever take back someone that cheated on me, personally. I haven't had any trust issues in any past relationships, but I wouldn't want them. I would have a hard time trusting him again if I were you and always wonder if he would do it again.

He is losing what he had and you are better than nothing for now.
