    How to have a parents rights revocked
    Ive been raising my neise since she was like 4 months old and only her mother wants see her her dad never sees her.. the last time he seen her was in December.he didn't even show up for her birthday party or come around to tell her happy birthday... me in my sister want to have all his rights taking from him cause my husband been her dad since birth and wants to adopt her... how would we go about doing this... he don't even buy diapers formula or anything or want see her he was only around long enough to sign for her than leave he didn't even stay for her birth he has a 16 year old girl friend and he's 21... please help me out... her loving aunty melissa

    Id you believe that there is an adoption that will take place then have you asked the bio dad about giving up his rights to clear the adoption? If he says yes then get a lawyer in your area to take you through the process and when the adoption is final he will have no more rights nor responsibilities. Is he paying child support or been taken to court for it yet? What did he sign in the hospital if the baby wasn't born yet?
