There are a lot of threads on what your parents and friends thought of your lightening. But for those of you who truly have lightened but have not noticed a change in people attitude?

I have not gotten any comments on my skin. Only that I 'look good.'

Maybe its because I'm not too dark to begin with? I started with brown (hispanic) skin tone and went into a lighter shade (Jessica Alba's.)

I also have fairly eurocentric features. Maybe that's why but no 1 has questioned me for bleaching or doing something to my skin, nothing like I've heard African Americans getting on the forums.

Anyone else?

I've gotten "the look" along with "the stare" and the "double take" lol:p
But not a real big change in peoples attitude towards me, it's all good!

I really do not care what people think, I do it for me not for others. Others will get excited if people treat them differently just because of their skin colour, I don’t want any recognitions from ignorant people. If I am suddenly important to SOME people because I am lighter, I don’t want to know.
