How do I give up my parental rights to my child
My child is 15, she and I both believe it would be for the best if she just moved out and lived on her own. How do we go about this?

    Hello free:

It ISN'T best to put a child on the street. It's not even legal. If you do it, you'll be charged with child endangerment, and you'll go to jail. That isn't best for anybody.

You'll have to wait until she's 18, I'm afraid. Until then, do your duty as a parent.

Where is the other parent ? You can send the child to live with them, you can talk to children services about placing the child in a foster home perhaps.

And sorry no adult parent would ever believe their 15 year old would be better off living on their own
