    Hair extension problems
Hi. I was wondering if someone can please give advice. I am desperate for any I can get. I've had extns. Put in and also have done a diy version using microweft/liquid gold. I decided to have extensions done professionally. I found stylist and had cinderella hair put in on a Wed. Washed hair 4 days later w/color tx shampoo watered down, and had ext falling out on Sunday. Called stylist right away and 30 more brand new ones put in on Monday. They told me to use/buy their shampoo at salon. It was for color tx and for body. I told them I did not think you were supposed to use body shampoo on exts. They said they had no problems w/this shampoo. Again waited 4 days before washing w/ wtered down shampoo, exts falling out/shedding all over. Called salon on Fri asked stylist to call company because their shampoo made the new extensions that were applied now fall out. Did not hear back on next Mon, so called Tues and said most out extept for 6 left in head. Went back in on Wed, told I would have to purchase new hair again for about 450, (this has only been 12 days) most ext out. I paid 1100 for them, now I don't have 450 to pay for new ones and no answers as to why others came out. I also said I don't have money to have new ones put in again. They say they guarantee exts for 1 month and give you directions to follow. I had directions in bathroom with me when I washed my hair first time! I am wondering why stylist never told me he contacted hair company, or to try toget new hair and put that price on me. I am wondering if Ishould take them to small claims court to see if I can recoup cost of hair. I don't think I can or don't really want to recoup cost of stylist time to put them in. I don't think this is a stylist technique problem, but a hair glue problem. Glue on extensions looked cloudy or nonexsistant after falling out. I also saw on 2 other hair sites where a compnay selling hair said they are having probl w/hair falling out w/the blond exts. They were giving protein glue chips to fix problem. Also in a chat room, a stylist said they had probls with certain companies fusion hair falling out too. Any suggestions would be much appriciated. I am so upset my husband paid for this, *was supposed to be a 1 time deal, and now Ihave nothing to show for it. I feel like I was not given satisfaction at the salon either, other than this must be my problem not theirs. No one else has this problem except me. Thank you.

Some extension loss is normal and to be expected. After a few washings, glued on extensions can loosen, which cause them to fall out. If most of your extensions are falling out, go back the salon and have the hairstylist fix the problem.
