I'm interning at an insurance company, this is my second week. I'm a headhunter, this guy is an insurance agent so sometimes he's in the office, sometimes not. Anyway first time I met him was last week at the door. He was staring at me for quite some time as I pushed it open for him and then rushed past.

If we ever see each other face to face, he would look and make eye contact. We are from different departments, he has to pass my cubicle to get out of the office and I sit in a corner. Whenever he walks past, he would glance or stare, depending. He did that many times yesterday.

Sometimes he doesn't though. He's mostly with guys or is alone or with his boss and is close to one of the boys in my department. I don't see him being particularly talkative or anything. And he gives off his rather "quiet, cool vibe". He's really soft spoken too. I'm abit cautious with this kind of things in workplaces, but what do you think?

Sounds like he thinks he knows you actually. But like he doesn't want to approach you and be wrong. I've done that before lol.

Actually I bet it is that he likes you. Try winking at the guy. It may make him confident enough to walk over to you

There's no problem becoming friends, but office romance can be tricky business. Things can get awkward in a hurry.

Think about the consequences before taking the next step.
