I have a moen pull down kitchen faucet that I installed 2 weeks ago. It has a counter-weight that allows the hose to retract into the housing, but it leaves about an inch of it dangling, ruining the line of the faucet. Any sugesstions on how to fix it?

Move the weight closer to the spout.

I agree with Harold. Simply move it a few inches closer to the spout and it will help retract the hose all the way.

I added an additional counter-weight to mine so that it has double the weight and it works like a charm now!
