I would guess you are trying to get at the question of whether a white gown signifies virginity. Perhaps to some brides but at least in the US, most brides are not virgins and most wear white gowns. The archaic idea of marketing women for marriage based on sexual purity has pretty much died in the Western world.

When you wear a wedding dress, it means you are getting married.

When you wear a bathing suit it means you are going swimming.

When you wear a winter coat, you are going to keep warm. :D

White, symbolizes first marriage from what I know. Most weddings I've been to for second weddings the dress/outfit is usually off-white. Although, if the bride to be has never had a white wedding and wants one, why not wear a white gown.
