I had a debt with GE Money Bank I call Mann brackenLLC and made agreement to make payment. Made payment and they told me they could not send me a warrant of satisfy judgement until after 30day. That was in 2008. I have called several time wrote letter and fax letters and I was told I would get a letter stating the bill has been to this date 2010 have have not received a letter. Iknow lawyers are known for being liars and I find that to be true about MannBracken LLC. I want my letter showing I paid for my debt . You was happy to take my money so where is my letter? My file # is 71512300, Account balance with LVNV Funding LLC My name is Delores Jackson

You seem to think you are talking to Mann Bracken. You're not. In fact, some MB offices are closed. I don't know what their legal status is at this time.

I am not aware that Lawyers are known for being liars; I am aware that you can't trust people who don't pay their bills on time. It would appear that MB has certainly had problems in the past - that doesn't mean ALL Attorneys are liars any more than ALL people who end up in collection are dishonest.

If the account is paid in full and you haven't received confirmation of that fact write them a REGISTERED LETTER, RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED demanding the letter in 30 days. If they don't send it go to your State's Attorney General's Office and report illegal collection activities.

If it's not totally paid, of course, be prepared for Mann Bracken to respond in a very unhappy fashion.

It is also foolish to post this much personal info on a public board.

This should make a good read for you Is Mann Bracken Out of Business? MB just collects debts, why not call the lender directly ti check the status of the debt.
