Question regarding Sony TV. Model No.KV XA-21M83. When I switch on this TV through remote the LED blinks continuously but not starts. I replaced Capacitors in Power supply C 614 (10/63 volts) and 220/25 V near EHT. If I press main switch of the TV two times the set will starts some times. Kindly help me to solve this problem.

Being it is intermiddent, I would look at any dark spots on the board, or for cold solder joints(usually dull with a hairline crack around components lead where it goes through the board).
