Working with my BSC in Mathematics in universities
    Hi

I have a B.SC in Mathematics Science from Egypt and I'm a teacher of higher mathematics in schools.

My purposes nowadays is to work in any university rather than teaching higher Math at schools (This is far better for me than teaching school teenagers who have almost no tendency for higher Math. And consume a lot of management energy). I'm NOT very lucky teaching teenagers at schools and hope I can work in universities from now on.

    SO my question is:

With only the B.SC in Mathematics that I hold, Is it possible to work in universities as an assistant teacher or whatever job available?
If not, what do I need to do in order to achieve my main goal of using my Mathematics with older people?

I really wish if I can achieve this goal in the shortest amount of time and effort with the least possible spending as I'm already 33 yrs old, otherwise I'll be looking into changing my career path (which is still a very lengthy and complicated project but it will be a little easier than getting a phd! )

It will depend on where you want to be... which state, university, college, etc.. Many will require at least a Master's Degree, but you may look into community colleges (often two year colleges) as some will accept a Bachelor's. This might be a consideration as you work towards a Master's and will also provide you with valuable work experience at a higher level.
