My daughter is gon to be 7 months old in a week and I have never completely stopped bleeding, I have blood tinged discharge evertime I wipe, and I have to wear a panty liner because it gets on my underwear, I have a period that is normal to heavy once a month ofr about 5 days then I go back to this spotting or whatever it is, what oculd be the problem

You should see a doctor ASAP. There are many possibilities as to what could be going on.
