I am looking for the name to a show, most likely a two-episode pilot, that aired on NBC (?), in the same timframe as Quantum Leap, about a mutant of diminutive stature with electricity wielding powers created by the US military in a secret experiment. I recall him as a Teletubbies look alike, with two antennas, possibly 4 fingers. Two young people, a man and a woman, bust him out of the military base, and have him wear a jacket with a hood, and pass him as a child, and drive him away in the rain in their jeep. I seem to recall he (the mutant) was called "Danny"... The title was, I think "...man". Of course, I'm looking for the missing "..." part...
