My mom has some serious hyper-pigmentation problems and wants to use skin whitening pills, but I don't know if it will really work or not.. I've heard of those dangerous pills containing tyrostat and I want to know which skin whitening pills contain tyrostat. All them say they don't but I want to know which ones do?

Please don't ever use pills that claim they lighten skin. They don't work and often times they can be harmful.
