Should I take the prosecutor offer?
I got a DUI one year ago. I blew under the limit 0.6 and urine text came out clean. Last Wednesday in the pretrial the prosecutor wanted to give me DUI with all penalties. My lawyer told her "why? if he blew under the limit and his urine was clean " and she said " do u want to talk about it? " he said: " yes i've been trying to reach u 4 two week and nobody unswer the phone or call's back" anyway the prosecutor gave him a number and in the last moment ( Friday )he could talk to her. My trial is this (monday may 10) and she want to give me reckless driving w/ community service and 6 months provetion ! SHOULD I TAKE IT ? My lawyer said I should!! :( 'because thought they were going to dismiss the case or it was going to be something small I bought tickets to go to my country in July for 3 weeks ! Do they give permissions for that time ? If I acept that , on provation am I only able to go to church, hospitals, work, and school? That's it?
Sorry if ths is too long to read ! But I want to know what can I do ! Don't know anything about it :( and from Friday I don't trust my lawyer :(

OK you got a DUI and they have no evidence that you were drinking, that case should be dismissed and you walk away free.

I can't see why there is even a offer ( unless you are not telling us something) and why your attorney has not made a motion in court to have all charges droped for lack of evidence.

They have to prove you meet the requirements of a DUI or drop the charges.
