I have a harbor breeze outdoor fan Model# HE-06130, the problem I'm having is that when I turn it on, it runs for about 30 minutes with no problem, then it shuts off completely, lights and fan. Does anybody know what could be causing this?

Is it a remote fan?

I'm having the same issue. The fan I installed is remote controlled. I didn't change the factory setting on the remote, and am now wondering if I have a neighbor with the same remote, or at least a remote on the same frequency.
Possibly. Try changing the dip switches on the fan and remote. See:
