You could try a sitz bath but do not use preparation H.That is not to be used in the vagina.

If you are having pain after prolonged intercourse you can use KY jelly for added lubrication.

If your partner is taking a long time to find relief and the sex is prolonged,you may to want to use some manual or oral stimulation to give your vagina a break during the session.

You can switch it up a bit for your own comfort.
