Sue the Dept of Rev/CSE for "Failure of Due Dillagence"
No Answer... But I have the Same Question. I too want to sue the Dept of Rev/CSE for (lack of better term) "Failure of Due Dillagence". I am an Active duty Service member currently paying FL court ordered child support. (I think everyman should be responsible) However paying that full amount prohibits me from traveling to see my child. Court granted NCP (non cust.) to deduct "travel expenses" from Child support amount. Had been paying the mother directly since court took place. However when I traveled mother was still compensated "partial" child support from NCP via electronic paper trail. For obvious travel expense. Mother (Cust. Parent) filed a contempt of motion against NCP for non payment of child support. Simultaniously NCP wages are garnished for current child support order. NCP has proof of payments, but CSE refuses to consider evidence by NCP.

In Laymanterms. CSE will not inform NCP of why/how garnishment took place. NCP is suspicious that CP is providing misleading info to CSE. NCP Wants to sue CSE for garnishing wages without due dilagence. Please Email >Removed< if anyone has any advice.

To the vocalist. Are you saying that there was no hearing for this matter? You should be able to request documentation from them that shows what has happened. Also your work should have also received a copy along with an order. They should have given what they received to you. If that has happened what did it say? Were new orders issued? If that is the case then you need to go back to court and seek relief as to why. At this time you may not have grounds for anything depending on what has occurred.
