    Hello gliderlv,

    http://www.catholicdoors.com/faq/qu07.htm

    http://www.beginningcatholic.com/

I don't know if the above links will help you but I would suggest you visit them and hopefully gain more of an insight into becoming a Roman Catholic.

Obviously changing or joining a new religion is a very big step and my advice is to gain as much information as possible about the RC Faith and especially discuss it with a local Priest. He should be more than happy to advise, assist you and point you in the right direction

    Good luck and God Bless.

The best "courses" (Catholics call it RCIA, which stands for Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults) are based on the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

Typically the RCIA classes use a Compendium (shorter version) of the Catechism. Both the Compendium and the full Catechism are available here:

I do, though, strongly suggest that you speak to a Priest at a Catholic Church near you for guidance.

Don't put off being a Christian, Jesus could come back any minute and you want to be going with him
