My sons father denies him when ever he feels like it. I have asked him to go to court and give up his right so my husband can legalyy adopted him. My sons father doesn't have anything attaching him to my child because I have never brout him to court. Where do I began, my husband wants to adop my 3yr old son and I don't know the process.
