    I live in Norway (US Citizen) and have earned less than the USD91,400 foreigned earned income exclusion and I have no income in the US - what form should I use to file my taxes?

    Form 1040 with either Form 2555 or 2555-EZ.

    If you have no other income, your U.S. tax will be ZERO.
