I've been wanting to get my hair done a certain way, and need help making some decisions. (note I have attached what I want done)
First, should I dye it myself? And how would I do it? Or get it done, and if I get it done how much do you think it will cost?
Second, Would a natural style/lose perm go well with it? And how much would that cost?
I have light brown hair, and I have hair down an inch below my shoulders.

I would defintiely go to the salon to have your highlights added in. Take the picture with you so there will be no question.

If your hair is in really good shape you might get by with a perm, but your stylist would need to look at your hair to make that determination.

Apply henna.. it will be good..
