    Why I am not getting hot water but cold water is coming out fine
    My water heater is also seems like it is not making any noise. It was working fine but the only thing I did was to schedule my water softner to recharge and then my hot water stopped

    Gas or electric? Open the drain spigot at the bottom of the tank, get hot water?
