My Kit. Sink has a very slowwwwww drain to it so I called a plumber to snake the pipe outside behind my sink, he hit mud about 6ft. In he is telling me I may have a busted pipe under the kit. Floor and I will have to have the floor jack hammered up to fix a broken pipe under the concrete floor. Is this always the case when you hit mud?

Yes, chances are that unless you have been washing your muddy boots in the kitchen sink, you have a broken pipe. May be able to repair by tunneling under the floor from the outside and not have to break up the floor. If he hit mud at 6" of snake, the break ought to be very close.

Ok thanks so much for the bad news lol... what is the first thing I do... maybe a foundation repair person? To see if the foundation cracked and caused the problem? Type of plumber? Call ins. co. Get second opinion? Single white female that has no clue, thanks. Annaf :confused:

OTOH, depending on the age of the home and its location, your kitchen sink might be plumbed into a French Drain, in which case the French Drain might be over capacity.

Get the second opinion, from a plumber. The sewer guy may be a plumber or not. A plumber should be able to give likely location of pipe and break. From that he should have an opinion as to whether he could get to it from the outside. It would be a lot of work but so is breaking up the floor which would probably require removal of cabinets and restoration of the floor covering.
