If I’m using WinLamp - installs Apache, PHP and MySQL.

I also have phpMyAdmin with cPanel / eleven2.com

When I’m on phpmyadmin and click on local host, why do I see all these not OK / Disabled responses? Is this normal? If no, how can I fix this?
