I'm pregnant. My last period was October 7th 2009. My cycles are 31 days not average 28. (which is important when determining) My doctor says my due date is July 13th-15th 2010. I had two ultra sounds done one at 14wks an one at 18wks. They both gave my doc the same due date. I had sex with my husband almost everyday in October then we split. I slept with a friend of mines once one October 27th. I've been pregnant by my husband twice. Once a year ago an once three years ago. I miscarried both times at 6-8wks. We've been trying ever since with no luck. Then all of a sudden I sleep with someone else an BAM! Im pregnant with a baby boy. (If the sex of the baby helps) So Im scared. Me an my husband are back together now. I want the baby to be his. Based on this info who's most likely the father?

There's NO way for us to know that. Only a paternity test can tell you for sure.

A miscarriage has nothing to do with the father's dna. It's all to do with the mother's body. The fact that you couldn't carry the first two to term, but are doing fine with this pregnancy, says nothing about who the father is. Either does the sex of the baby.

If you're that worried about it, get a paternity test once the baby's born.

It seems that your doctor has simply calculated a due date based on 40 weeks from the beginning of your last menstrual period - which is pretty standard practice in estimating due dates. In other words - it's imposible to tell from the info you've given us precisely which date the child was conceived.
