Kenmore Elite Dishwasher 665.17462300 control panel is stuck. The "Normal Wash" and the "Cancel Drain" light are on continuously, with no blinking. I have disconnected power, checked power, removed control panel cover, reseated the ribbon cable connector, checked control board for burns, all result in nothing. Is there something that I don't know about this problem? Serial number is FR0807392. Thanks!

Oh yeah, I pushed "heated wash" and "heated" dry multiple times, pushed and held every button I could find in difft combinations, no luck.

Oh yeah, I also looked at the wiring diagram and troubleshooting instructions on the back of the kick plate. Nothing helped there either.
