Sorry I don't understand what you mean... 'rights' meaning the overall rights they would have for example, if the child had been taken away from the family.

I had no idea if you were talking about wills, criminal matters or something else.

Basically it is about children and young people who are 'looked-after' by the local authority for may reasons, such as abuse, disability, etc
