Hi I filed for my GC many years ago, then I got married before I got my GC
After getting married I got my GC and then added my wife too. My wife got her GC an year after mine. We have been married for 2years now
Now we want to get divorced, I have no issue with her having her GC
She's well educated but doesn't work and was never serious about getting a job
Now she's planning to make me pay her alimony after divorce
We are married outside USA but permanent residents of USA now
Do I have to pay my wife alimony after divorce? If yes, then for how long?

Since your marriage is short term, she may be qualified for spousal support, not alimony. Spousal support is short term, temporary... consult family law attorney.
