Best way to chip concrete floor to install toilet flange
Is it much of a difference if I install a 3.5 inch opening toilet flange by chipping around the 4in ABS drain or installing a 3in opening by installing it to the inside of the ABS drain pipe. Will doing the inside install cause my toilet to have more issues with clogging or it doesn't matter at all. Please let me know.

    Thanks

Whichever would be easiest for you. Sound to me like the inside flange would be the easiest to install. Good luck, Tom
