    What does -1.75 sight means? Does it equal to 6/18?

    It means that you have 1.75 diopters of correction. That's not a full prescription, obviously. Which eye is that? Both? Is there an astigmatism? Add power? What does your WHOLE prescription say? It would be easier for me to explain if I knew the whole thing.
