My father in law broke up with his girlfriend they have been together for 6 months. She and her 21 year old daughter refuse to get out of the house. Her 21 year old daughter has epilepsy which is controlled by prescription medications.neither one is currently holding a job but are capable and have held a full-time job. Since staying with him they've only paid roughly 1,000 dollars to help with the necessities such as mortgage, food, heat,etc. how does he go about getting them out of his house?

He must do a formal eviction to get them out of his home.
