I amended my taxes before the filing date of April 15. I filed my 2010 taxes electroncally through HR Block February 2010. Is there any possible way to inform if my amendment taxes for 2010 has been received?

Not unless you mailed it Certified Mail return receipt.

If you mailed the amendment in March, then you can call 1-800-829-1040 to ask about the status of the amendment.
