    Grabbed by a bouncer
I was dancing {at a club}{lyrics removed} I was dancing on a seat a bouncer came and told me to get down which I did and I then started dancing on the floor I admit I did have a bit to drink and in a jokey way I jestured the words to the bouncer he then sprinted over anfd grabed both my arms and yanked me up at full force twice out of the chair then he got another bouncer and they both started yanking me up really hurting me then they cornered me in the hall

I admit I was stupid by gesturing the words of the song to the bouncer but did he have the right to treat me so vilontely

I have to ask. Why did they have to yank on you so hard? Were you resisting?

The bouncers are there to keep the peace. You were disrupting that peace so they chose to remove you from the premises. If you weren't resisting then I don't understand why it took two bouncers to get you into the hall.

Did you receive and injury? Did you need to go to the hospital or doctor because of the way you were treated?

I'm not a legal expert, but I really can't see how you'd have a case unless they caused you damage, and then they can easily turn around and say that you started it, they were just doing their job.

I could be wrong though, just my opinion.

Tough call, if you were causing a problem, and dancing on a chair would be considered that. And if you were drunk, sounds like that also. They can "escort" you out of the properly, I would guess from what you said, that you were not leaving when asked and caused them to have to use more force.
** at least that will be their story.

    Hello c:

People are NOT allowed to put their hands on you unprovoked - EVEN bouncers. I'd visit an attorney, if I was you.
