Hi bit of advice please, me & the mrs have been together 6 years with 2 children, several months ago I had the snip, now when we makelove after I've I start to get a burning / itching sensation all the way up my penis, which is excrusiating made even worse when I pee, this lasts for nearly a week @ times, I can rule out STD's as we are both faithful and I'm in my mid 30's the doc don't have an answer so I wonder if anyone else might? It only started after the snip, I have a high sex drive but now I want it but deleberatly avaid it due to the pain afterwards? Also I'm on high doses of morphine, diazapan & antidepressants due to a shattered spine so I wonder if it's a medical side effect if so has anyone else had the same & which med caused it?

Yikes, maybe you should find another doctor... Sounds like it could be infected. I am not a doctor, but burning usually isn't a good sign, and rather than except " I don't know" from one doctor, I'd be seeking another.

There are several "infections" you can get even if in a one person relationship. Also reactions from certain oils or locations.
Also there can be urinary tract infections that may be medical issues you are having
