I have the same problem. My water pressure in the kitchen is very slow. I tried shutting off the valves and re-opened them.. Now the pressure to the faucet is still slow but now I am not getting any water in the dishwasher. What could be wrong?

Remove aerator. Run water for few minutes w/o it. See if you get good water flow. If positive, then clean the aerator and reinstall it. Come back to let me know if it helped... Back to you
