Well, our bathtub faucet is dripping water about every 5 seconds. At first, it was a slight drip that was about once every 15-20 minutes but now (after about 8 months) it has become quite steady. Please help us in fixing the problem the correct way and then the cost effective way! We are nonprofessionals and need all the advice we can!

Please tell us the brand and the model number of your faucet.

Is your faucet, 2 handle 3 knobs or single handle?

"Glean Out" and it has one knob.

Shut the water to the bath tub, remove the handle, and remove the cartridge, take it to plumbing supply they will help you find you one to match with your cartride, before instlling the new cartridge, turn on the water for a second to flush out and debris out of the faucet and install the new one, Good luck.
