Hello, I did 3 year in federal camp for conspirancy attempt to distribute, got 5 year probation I have done 13 months so far, first time offender and my probation is very happy with me due to I have a very good job. Please let me know what are my chances?

Read #6 PROBATION FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS It may happen if your PO makes a recommendation to the judge. It can go either way, some Pos don't believe in it.

The attorney ballenger linked you to says you can apply after 1/3 of your probation is done. The feds make you do half before you can apply.
