    Cant remember movie title
    I'm trying ti find a movie from the 80's
    Its about a handicap teen who build a robot in an chaos world and using the robot to save a girl or something like that...

    Try 'deadly friend' this movie has a kid in the wheel chair and puts a chip in a girls head who was killed by an abusive father hope this help
