I'm going to the Doc but what should i do if my chest inside is popping?
The other weekend, I ran for a while. Light running. When I was running I had pain in my chest like my chest was bruised. But this has always happened to me, so I decided to just stop when it hurt, then keep going. Then the days after I started feeling weird movements inside my chest.
Now it's Wednesday and this started last Saturday.
Something inside my chest is like popping and I hear sounds.ANd also I have slight pain.
I'm male early 30's.
Have had pain on and off since age 13 but at random times, not really after some light exercise.
To me, it seems like some pipes are out of place or something.. because of the shaking caused by the running and I guess ihave a weak body.
