Can I still get a divorce if he other party is not cooperating?
I filed for divorce in December in DeKalb County, GA and have not received a court date because my spouse will not attend the class required or do mediation. The class is required because there is a child involved. I have contacted the judge and will get a court date but it is only to have the judge tell him what is required of him, but the address that is on the paper work is not valid and I do not have another address. As a result, he may not get the paperwork. What options do I have to move the process along?

Advise the Court you do not have a current address and request service by publication.
