Arun in16 years old and his friend prakash is 19 year old and both are apprentices in the same factory. They decided to go on holiday and to stay at the Beach Hotel.Arun booked the hotel and as part of the contract, stated that "all drinks and extra food are to be put on the bill at the end of the holiday". The hotel asked for a deposit of £200 which arun paid but did not state his age. One night prakash became drunk and did not know wha he was doing and damaged hotel property. The following day the hotel manager ordered the couple to leave the hotel. They were prepared to leave but refused to pay the outstanding bills and the hotel also give them a bill of £600 for the damage they had caused.

Making reference to appropriate law, advise beach hotel as to whether they are likely to recover their losses. You may assume that arun and prakash have sufficient funds to cover all debts.
