I have found a 1992 craftsman tractor indy 500 limited edition.
It has on the lower front side of the # 18 instead of checkered flags and indy 500 like I've seen elsewhere. And on the upper side of the hood is an indy car with the words indy 500 next to it.
There is a plack that says indy 500 limited edition just ahead of the steering wheel.
I'm wondering if this is the tractor john sullivan used at the track since his car # in 1992 was # 18.
Anyone have any history on this?
I plan on restoring this, but wonder if I'm wasteing my time.
