'92 honda civic ex making noise on left back side
It is very hard for me to explain the type of sound it makes. It is not a squealing or clicking. It almost sounds like either metal is rubbing against metal or something is getting stuck somewhere. This sound only happens when I make a right hand turn and does not occur every time I take a right hand turn. Any ideas on what it might be?

Sounds like left-rear wheel bearing failure. While you are making right turns, the left-rear wheel bearing is being fully loaded and making the noise. Unlike front wheel bearings, rear wheel bearings are simple to replace:

TxGreaseMonkey, I checked if my tire moved any and it did not to see if my wheel bearings are bad. I did not look at the actual bearings. Can they still make noises even if they are not failed to the point of having play in the tire?

I would pull the left rear drum and check things out. If everything looks fine, I would focus on the wheel bearing. How many miles are on the car? You are doing well, if you get 125,000 to 150,000 miles on them. I'm not a real fan of checking wheel bearings based on play--I've seen too many that didn't have any play but whined like crazy. When they were removed, the metal was blue from intense heat.
