GE SxS Freexing Up in Fresh Food

I have a GE sxs Refrigerator, psh23pgtabv. The temperatures are not right and there is a large ice build up in the evaporator in the fresh food side. Does this unit have a separate defrost heater for the evaporator in the fresh food side? If not, what should I look for?
