I started my period on April 3rd. I had very light pink discharge when I wiped one time on the 18th day of my cycle. My fiancé and I had sexual relations but no intercourse. Is this ovulation or implantation?

If you haven't had intercourse I would say implantation isn't very likely.

You can always test in about 2 weeks to be sure.
