    Sounds like this floor drain is part of your sewer system and there is a back up. Does it enter the room more/faster if you do laundry or drain a bath tub, flush a toilet?

    I find out someone in the house was using wipies instead toilet paper,I noticed water coming up from back yard drain it had toilet water and a bad smell
