I live in condo, can I give the condo back there is mold in crawl space underneath causing me severe health issues?The association isn't seeming to move too fast Im dying in the mean time.

You can't just give it back to the bank unless they agree to it and it has a fair market value far aboven what you owe. That area is likely the responsibility of the association. You are a member, go to their meetings and demand in person and in writing that they repair the problem. Sue them if you have to.
