I am renting a house and a guy I work with asked if he could live there for 4 months because he terminated his last apartment early and is getting out of the military soon. He has been disagreeable and not been paying rent on time. Now because we have not been getting along he sends me a text last Thursday that says, Hey I'm moving out, I'll be out by next Friday. Now we don't have a written agreement but he has not been paying anything he agreed to on time. He is now changing his mind and says he is giving his thirty day notice. How do I get this guy out of the house I am renting?

You should evict him following the eviction laws for your state. Where do you live? He is a legal resident even with no rent being paid.
